The lodge offers non smoking open plan accommodation with a cosy sitting area, open grate fire and wall mounted smart LCD TV with Freeview. There is a King size bed with hotel grade mattress, vanity desk with mirror and a claw foot double ended roll top bath at the bottom overlooking the uninterrupted views.​ 

 

To the rear of the lodge you will find a separate fully tiled shower room with heated towel rail, walk-in rainfall shower, wash basin and WC, heated LED mirror and shaver socket.  There is also a small built in wardrobe with hanging and storage space.

The lodge has a fully equipped rear galley kitchen with halogen hob, electric oven and grill, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, microwave, toaster and a Bose speaker/docking station.

Firelighters, kindling, logs and coal are provided for the open fire on an honesty basis of £10 per night.

Well behaved dogs are welcome to stay at the lodge with their equally well behaved owners.

Dogs must be kept on a lead in the surrounding areas and when walking through areas where there is livestock.

The lodge is accessed down a short pathway of approximately 25 steps bringing you out onto the side of the lake.

Walk over a short bridge to a picnic bench ideal for breakfast or lunch whilst listening to and watching the wildlife.
